How JEMA handles your personal data
We collect only what we need to provide your rental: your name, country, WhatsApp number, optional email, and the accommodation or pickup location for delivery.
Your details are used to confirm and operate your booking, to contact you about pickups and returns, and to keep our own financial records. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Booking status can only be viewed with your personal booking link, which contains a private token. Keep that link to yourself.
Driving licence verification happens in person at handover. We do not ask you to upload identity documents to request a booking.
